We bring personal training to the comfort of your home! Programs are expertly designed by our premier trainers to give you exceptional results, in ways that invigorate your mind and energize your body.

RATES:
• Private Session (60 min) – $65 per session
• Buddy Training (60 min) – $85 per session
• Group Training (60 min) – $95-150 per session
• Sports Specific Conditioning (SSC) – please contact us

Online Running Coaching

Learn how to train smarter, not harder. Many world class athletes follow similar training principles; but ultimately, everyBODY is different. Our coaches are committed to finding you a program that suits you and your unique physiology.

• For runners and triathletes
• Personalised weekly online schedule
• Monthy kinesiology sessions over Zoom or Skype
• Nutritional and recovery tips
• Injury prevention and management advice from an experienced kinesiologist

Kinesiology & Rehabilitation

Got a niggle? Chronic pain from an old injury? Preparing for an upcoming knee surgery? We play hard too, so we’re no strangers to injuries ourselves. With countless hours of experience in clinical settings, we have the kinesiologist with the knowledge to get you back to your best. Give us a call to find out more.

• 60min appointment – $88 per session
• We come to your home!

Work place health and safety talks

If it’s not obvious yet, we love health and fitness and we particularly like to talk about it. We’re pretty good at it too. Educate your workplace team, they will thank you for it.

What to expect:

  • How it works: Together with you, we decide on a training frequency of either once, twice, or three times a week. This can be adjusted at any time. All training is in the comfort of your own home. We come to you! All sessions are personally designed to suit your passions and ability.

    Your toe is on the line and the starting gun is in your hand. Let's go!

  • What equipment will you need to get started: Nothing. Zero. Nada.

    We can decide in time what equipment would be best for you.
